Folk Music Journal
Folk Music Journal is a unique specialist scholarly journal. Published by the English Folk Dance and Song Society, it is the annual publication of the Vaughan Williams Memorial Library. It is edited by David Atkinson.
FMJ is published annually in December. It is mailed to all full personal members of English Folk Dance and Song Society who have asked to receive the publication, and to all institutional subscribers. Members also get free access, via JSTOR, to search and browse all editions of FMJ and its predecessors.

Vaughan Williams and Folk
In 2022 the VWML ran a conference on Vaughan Williams and Folk to mark the 150th anniversary of his birth. Many of the papers from this conference were published in a volume of the same name by the Ballad Partners, edited by Steve Roud and David Atkinson.
