Had long talk with MacDonald about Gramophone affair. Result hopeful. I have undertaken to see records done on my return from Chicago on the Th[ursday] & Fr[iday] & possibly Monday after. Might catch boat on the Wednesday following. Then to Ames about engrossing certificates only to find they have sent wrong forms from England. Dined with Callery’s at Beltmore Hotel, they & Mr & Mrs Blair came on to Bryant Hall to Dance class & had drinks with me after at Algonquin.
