Began packing after breakfast. Then to Gray’s to further discuss business. Read Ditson’s letter to him. Then to bank where I made arrangements to send £100 home to Constance. Back to Hotel to send off Trunk and to have lunch etc. Quiet afternoon making arrangements for departure. Dined with N[orman] W[ilkinson] & lectured at Columbia — went very well indeed. Danced 6 dances & showed slides. Mr Cherry(?) saw me off at P[ennsylvania] Station by the 11.30.Location
