Wire from Mrs Storrow saying Wellesley [College] affair postponed to June 20. Wired to Miss Roberts to sail on Sat[urday] by "New York" and had wire from her saying she had taken her berth. Went to Bristol by 11 train with Maud & judged folk dancing at Eisteddfod 3.30-5.15, 6.15-9.15. Stayed at Queen’s Hotel — very grubby & uncomfortable.Location
