Went up to Hickson’s in the morning & signed lease of 93 FitzJohn’s Avenue and executed power of Attorney. Returned to lunch. Packed after tea dined and went up to Pad[dington] Hotel by 7.45. There I had a long interview with Miss Green Peggy & Kettlewell and then to bed.Location
