Settled up at Algonquin Hotel & left my luggage to be sent to Arts Club. Rehearsal at 10 a.m. Chucked[?] Mrs & Miss Friedmann as hopeless. Trained in grand style from Grand Central Station to Boston where Mrs Gibbs & a secretary met me and we motored to Lincoln. Mr & Mrs Storrow gave me a warm welcome. Lovely house — Gorgeous suite of rooms — usual bath room, etc, with sitting room & bedroom en suite. Very comfortable. Nice dinner & talk and then to bed. A little asthma for first time since I landed in this country. Slept well however.Location
