Breakfast at 8. Had a long talk with a poet’s brother[?] from a neighbouring camp by name Trehearne[?], in the morning & wrote letters. Rested in the afternoon and after tea went a walk with Maud Professor Ward & Fifine Peabody. A camp fire after dinner & many songs. Took the men in the Haxby [Sword] Dance in the afternoon.Location
