Fine but a gale of wind. Both pavilions bare of canvas. Lanier came over and took many photographs. After morning session packed & the school left the camp. M[aud] R[abold] & I went into Portsmouth and dined & shopped & returned at 8.30. Too tired to go to see "You never can tell" acted by the Pittsburgh Contingent in the barn.
