Had a better night. Food so bad at the Hotel (Greenacre) that M[aud] & I went into Portsmouth at 2 p.m. to purchase marmalade & cheese. Weather very hot & we were glad to get back in time for afternoon classes. Had a formal dance in the evening with Irish Trot on the programme.Location
