Mrs Stanton of Armscote called in the morning and had a long talk with me. She is en route for Valparaiso to see her son married. I chose Steinway p[iano] f[orte] for my Sunday lecture during the morning, had a rehearsal of dancers in the afternoon and one of the Dumb wife at Wallacks in the evening from 7-12, supping with the Barkers at Holland House afterwards and getting back to the hotel at 1.15 a.m.Location
