Inspected room at Colony Club in the morning. Gray came to lunch & took me to Krehbeil’s lecture on Negro Folk Song (!!!) at the Negro Settlement afterwards. Dined at Hotel and lectured at Colony Club in the evening to rather a stodgy social crowd.Location
