Dress Rehearsal at Wallacks from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. when Barker decided very rightly to postpone production [of A Midsummer Night’s Dream] a week, i.e. till Sunday the 14th Inst. Went to Burchenals in evening to take a C[ountry] D[ance] Practice for my lecture on Saturday. Called on Miss Wick in the evening about engagements now that Boston week is upset. Gave Demonstration Class & lecture at Columbia in the afternoon at 5 p.m. A very full day.Location
