A very heavy day. Wake up with a nasty sore throat. Rehearsal at Bryant Hall of dancers. Miss Wadsworth[?] objected to being moved from first place & retired — Miss Sayers taking her place in the dance. Took a large class of Anderson Club at Savage Gymnasium at 1.30-2.45, teaching them Sellengers Round, Mage & Rufty. Lecture on folk dance at Plaza a great success. Lectured, played Morris Tunes, the pipe & tabor, showed lantern slides & danced four C[ountry] dances, Merry Conceit being encored! Went to Cosmopolitan Club in the evening to hear the Kneisel Quartet. Talked with Maitland the singer.Location
