Last rehearsal at Wallacks of Mound scene of M[idsummer] N[ight’s] D[ream]. Went only fairly well. Had a long interview with Miss Wick in Mattie’s room and ended with a furious row. Dined with Gardner of the Columbia Gramophone Co[mpany] at the Wolcot. He came back here and we all 3 smoked in M[attie] K[ay’s] room.Location
