Heard Miss Shearer’s children sing Mowing the Barley & Blow away [the Morning Dew] & then taught them Mage on a Cree & Sheepskins. All this at 11 a.m. Then to Mrs Callery’s at 12 teaching to 1-45, and from 2.30 to 5.15. Had tea, returned to Club to dress & attend big dinner function at Mrs Callery’s. Met some very interesting people particularly Miss Chalfont and Dr Arbuthnot. Motored home in deep snow at 11.30, packed for tomorrow’s journey & so to bed. Wrote 7 letters in the morning.Location
