Transcription Notes
A quiet day at Blithewood1 although Maud had to go into Asheville to shop and make good some of her losses. Mr Campbell’s sister Mrs Ruth Carledge & her children were staying there. We decided to start for the mountains next day so I spent a long time scheming what to take in my suit case & dispatch case which was the utmost I could take with me. Very nice to see Mrs Campbell again but wish she was able to come with us.Location
