Breakfast at 7. Then Maud and I left for Marshall in Wallin’s motor car arriving there about 10.30. We were lucky and caught the N[orth] Carolina express which was very late and arrived at Asheville about 12.30 and taxi’d up to the Campbells. Glad to see them and to get a bath. Went through a good many tunes with Mrs C[ampbell].Location
