9 o’clock breakfast and letters till 11 when Mrs Nasmyth & Miss Hamilton called in R.Y.’s motor to drive us round the parks & town. In the afternoon went to tea at Mrs Eaton’s. Miss Hamilton came to supper with us & stayed the evening. She is a very nice person indeed and I like her very much. To bed early. Weather not quite so cold but snow & frost still continues. Hands are little better now that I have found a satisfactory unguent!Location
