Worked at my photographs in the morning sending off copies to Mrs Polly Patrick, & Mrs Cis Jones with letters. Then took out films to Meyrowitz for more prints and enlargements. Then Maud and I and Rabold who called as we went out sallied forth to Russell Sage Foundation calling at a shop on the way and buying Maud a bag this being her 32nd birthday. Interviewed Miss Moore and then to Players Club to lunch with Lanier who never turned up. Had a nice talk with Bassange Payne & Marcosson — the latter just back from France. Lunched by myself at Fermery and then back to rest & tea, Maud having lunched with Rabold. Rehearsal of Running Set at 6 when I danced it once through. Afterwards the Gilmans Rabold & Gowing dined with us at Rasotto’s in honour of Maud’s birthday. We spent a very jolly evening discussing many things.Location
